Design Plans for 8413 Loyola Blvd. - Kitchen

The designer who made these drawings/sketches only did 1 drawing for the kitchen.  As the kitchen project gets going, I need a drawing that actually shows cabinets and drawers and where everything will go in detail.  This drawing does show the new pantry worked in, the additional space will be made available by moving the washing machine to the garage, creating a laundry space w/ the washer and dryer in the garage.

Design Plans for 8413 Loyola Blvd. - Primary / Master Bath

I really want a free standing tub in the new bathroom. Perhaps we reduce the size of the shower a bit to allow that?  Would that look good?  Pro/cons of freestanding tub?  Need to talk through this more to make a final decision.  Also, this bathroom has no place to hang a towel.  This is a detail I would like to address in both bathrooms.
